1.目前支持前端通过s3 协议直传到对象存储

2.微调了前端上传图片界面时显示的图片被错误的设置成宽高比均为100% 的问题,修正为100 % 的宽度
3.调整前端下载文件的请求改为url 地址以 http:// 或 https://开头时自动重定向下载,否则使用 FileSaver 下载文件
